Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how KIKARET handles information when users or AI services access our website and Model Context Protocol (MCP) service.
1. Information we collect
We do not require end users to create an account to access the current public MCP service. We may process technical and service-usage information such as request timestamps, MCP tool names and arguments, facility identifiers, requested/returned/missing knowledge keys, result status, latency, client or model metadata when supplied, and technical logs necessary to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and maintain KIKARET, respond to MCP requests, measure answer coverage and reliability, detect misuse or failures, and improve data quality.
3. Facility information and public sources
KIKARET may process childcare facility information obtained from public sources including official facility websites, public documents, and relevant public portal pages. Responses may include source URLs and evidence.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use infrastructure providers including Cloudflare and Supabase to operate KIKARET. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service.
5. Retention
Operational MCP request logs are generally retained for up to 90 days for analytics, quality improvement, reliability, and security purposes, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
6. User controls
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy-related questions where applicable, contact us through our Support page.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the service and information processed through it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as KIKARET develops. The date above indicates the latest revision.
