These Terms govern access to and use of KIKARET, including the KIKARET website and public MCP service.

1. Service

KIKARET provides structured information about Japanese childcare facilities for compatible AI clients, applications, developers, and users.

2. Permitted use

You may use KIKARET for lawful informational purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, conduct abusive automated activity, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Information accuracy

KIKARET aims to provide useful, source-backed information, but facility information may be incomplete, outdated, or changed by the facility. Important information should be verified directly with the relevant facility or official source.

4. AI-generated responses

KIKARET may be accessed by third-party AI services. We do not control how those services summarize, transform, combine, or present information returned by KIKARET.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of KIKARET at any time.

6. Intellectual property

KIKARET's software, branding, service design, schemas, and original materials are protected by applicable laws. Third-party source material remains subject to the rights applicable to those sources.

7. Disclaimer

KIKARET is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KIKARET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
